*{page:Section0;}*市高新区新川创新科技园区*智媒体城建设项目（V**地块）总平景观绿化工程（含室外标识标牌）施工 / 标段招标公告 1．招标条件 *（V**地块）总平景观绿化工程（含室外标识标牌）施工 / 标段已由川投资备以川投资备【*********】第***号批准建设，项目业主为*智媒体城文化产业发展有限公司，建设资金来自国家投资*非政府投资，项目出资比例为*%，招标人为*智媒体城文化产业发展有限公司,*建工集团有限公司。项目已具备招标条件，现进行公开招标。*（招标事项核准文号为川投资备【*********】第***号）的招标组织形式为委托招标。招标人选择的招标代理机构是*良友建设咨询有限公司。2．项目概况与招标范围2．*：*市高新区新川创新科技园区*智媒体城建设项目（V**地块）总平景观绿化工程（含室外标识标牌）。*：*市高新区中和街道蒲草社区3组（原蒲草村*社）。*：*市高新区新川创新科技园区*智媒体城建设项目（V**地块）位于*市高新区中和街道蒲草社区3组（原蒲草村*社），建设规模：规划总建筑面积约*.*㎡、总计容建筑面积约*.* ㎡（其中：科研办公用房面积约*.*㎡，商业用房面积约*.*㎡）、地下室建筑面积约*.*㎡。*：计划开工日期：*年6月1日。计划竣工日期：*年3月8日。暂定合同工期总日历天数：*日历天。实际开工日期以监理人发出的开工令上载明的日期为准。暂定合同工期日历天数与根据前述计划开、竣工日期计算的总工期日历天数不一致的，以实际开工日期算至计划竣工日期节点工期为准。承包人可根据发包人及政府部门要求进行工期调整。三方明确，除发包人事先书面同意延期外，本合同所述计划竣工日期不因任何原因予以延期。*：总平景观绿化工程（含室外标识标牌）：本项目施工图红线范围内的总平景观绿化工程（含室外标识标牌），包括室外场地铺装、绿化、构筑物及摆件、出地面的室外机电结构（如风井、配电箱等）外装饰、护坡（含防护栏杆）、室外台阶面层及侧面栏杆、人防出入口一跑台阶面层及立面（包括玻璃栏杆）装饰、非机动车出入口一跑台阶面层及立面（包括玻璃栏杆）装饰、机动车出入口立面（包括玻璃栏杆）装饰、绿化屋面（楼面）铺装及绿化、室外部分的标识标牌安装、室外场地灯具安装、景观用电设备安装及调试、室外场地给排水、水景、海绵城市，做好与景观相关的与其他专业的配合工作。与总平景观绿化工程（含室外标识标牌）相关的与其他专业的配合工作包括但不限于：①配合建筑专业处理室外台阶面材及侧面栏杆。②配合幕墙专业处理室外地坪与幕墙的收口等工作。③配合标识标牌专业处理室外相关位置的标识标牌点位、安装、收口等工作。④配合设备专业处理智能化设备设计等工作。⑤配合与施工总包单位、幕墙单位、精装修单位处理室外场地与室内场地收口等工作。*：施工一个标段。*：达到国家现行标准规范要求，工程质量等级为合格标准，同时满足发包人和承包人创杯创优质量要求及标准（创杯创优要求：必创芙蓉杯、天府杯，争创鲁班奖）。 3．* 本次招标要求投标人：* 有效的营业执照；*：*；*（如投标人为联合体，则联合体所有成员均应具有）。*《*市建设领域市场主体信用记录（评价）网络登记表》、《*市建设领域从业人员信用记录（评价）网络登记表》。*（项目负责人）具有市政公用工程专业一级注册建造师证书(须具备有效的安全生产考核合格B证)或园林相关专业中级或以上职称证书，/(业绩要求)，须为本单位人员（若为联合体投标，须为联合体牵头人人员）。 *：无财务要求；*：近年（*年*月*日至投标截止时间，不少于3年）已完成的项目共不少于1个类似工程业绩。类似工程业绩是指:单个合同金额不低于**的景观园林绿化施工业绩 *。* 各投标人均可就上述1个标段投标，可中标的标段数量为1个。 4．*，请于*年*月*日起，在*市公共资源电子交易云平台(*）（以下简称“电子交易云平台”）免费下载招标资料（招标文件及相关资料），获得“拟投标项目回执”。* 不提供邮购招标文件服务。5．* 投标文件递交的截止时间（投标截止时间，下同）为*年*月*日*时*分，招标人或其委托代理机构，以及已在投标截止时间前按规定上传投标文件的投标人，均应在开标当日投标截止时间前登录不见面开标系统（网址：*），录入相关人员姓名、电话等基本信息。投标人未按时登录不见面开标系统，错过开标解密时间的，由投标人自行承担不利后果。* 投标人应在解密开始后*分钟内在线完成投标文件解密。投标文件未能在规定时间内成功解密的，视为投标人未在规定时间内提交投标文件，由投标人自行承担责任。不见面开标项目不接受投标人现场递交光盘等形式的投标文件，不接受投标人现场解密投标文件。6．发布公告的媒介本次招标公告在*公共资源交易平台（*省）、*市公共资源交易服务中心（网址：* 、 *）上发布。 7．联系方式招标人：* 址：*市*三色路*号A楼*层联系人：* 话：***传真：/ 招标代理机构：*地址：*市高新区天泰路 * 号特拉克斯国际广场北楼 6 楼联系人：* 话：***传真：/
